About Our Founder – Kristy Amy As OnMark Solutions LLC president and founder, Kristy Amy works directly with clients to understand their sales and marketing goals. She leverages her 15 plus years of experience with marketing and the Internet to help clients meet their goals by developing a plan for speaking directly to potential and existing customers. The marketing solutions utilize a wide range of digital tools, such as email marketing, web conferencing, electronic newsletters, web based surveys and web sites. Previous to founding OnMark Solutions LLC, Kristy served as a Web Marketing Consultant for Lubrizol. While at Lubrizol, Kristy developed and implemented a new process for selling and servicing small and mid-sized customers. The program utilized web based tools to deliver personalized service without the travel and generated substantial cost savings and business growth in its first 6 months. In addition, Kristy developed the internal and external marketing plan for converting customers to web based service and support. She worked with employees distributed globally to introduce customers to the proprietary web based tools. Prior to her tenure at Lubrizol, Kristy served as a business development manager for AmericanGreetings.com where she worked in conjunction with the AOL advertising sales team to sell online advertising programs. The programs featured advertisements from consumer packaged goods companies such as Victoria Secret, Hershey, Southwest Airlines, and Toys-R-Us. Additionally, Kristy worked with greeting card retailers to evaluate the benefits of integrating electronic greeting cards into their web sites. Before AmericanGreetings.com, Kristy developed her selling skills of technology and web based solutions by serving as an account manager for SARCOM and prior to that AT&T. These roles enabled Kristy to directly observe the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Kristy spent the growth years of the Internet with NCR Corporation where she developed some of the first intranet sites utilizing then revolutionary tools such as NCSA Mosaic, Microsoft FrontPage, and others. Kristy has an MBA from the University of Dayton and a Bachelors of Science in both Marketing and Management Information Systems from Miami University of Ohio. |
